These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the rabajie platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause contained in this document. Please review them carefully before using the platform.

18+ Age Requirement
Only adults aged 18 years and above may register and use rabajie. Age verification may be requested at any time. Accounts found to be operated by minors will be closed immediately and any balances forfeited in accordance with applicable rules.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold exactly one rabajie account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under a different name, email address, phone number, or payment method — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
BDT Accounts Only
All rabajie accounts for Bangladesh players are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported local banks. No foreign currency accounts are available to Bangladesh-registered players.
Fair Play Obligation
All players must bet in good faith. Use of bots, scripts, exploits, arbitrage systems, or any automated tool to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. rabajie reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where evidence of such activity is detected.
Bonus Terms Apply
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements and time limits. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied. rabajie reserves the right to amend or withdraw bonus offers at any time with reasonable notice.
Account Security Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rabajie will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility unless you have promptly reported a security breach to our support team.
Section 1
Definitions & Interpretation
The following definitions apply throughout this Terms & Conditions document. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.
- "Platform"The rabajie website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated products and services accessible under the rabajie domain.
- "We / Us / Our"rabajie, the operator of this platform and all services described herein.
- "You / Player"Any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the rabajie platform in any capacity.
- "Account"The individual player account created upon successful registration on the rabajie platform, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).
- "Bet / Wager"Any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other product available on the rabajie platform.
- "Bonus Funds"Any promotional credits, free bets, cashback awards, or non-cash incentives credited to an account under a specific promotional offer.
- "Real Money Balance"The portion of an account balance representing actual deposited funds and/or settled winnings that are eligible for withdrawal, net of any bonus fund restrictions.
- "Wagering Requirement"The number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered on eligible games before it converts to a Real Money Balance and becomes withdrawable.
- "Bangladesh Standard Time"BST, UTC+6 — the time zone applied to all time-sensitive platform operations including settlement deadlines, promotion expiry, and support availability.
- "Force Majeure"Any event beyond the reasonable control of rabajie, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet infrastructure failures, government-imposed restrictions, or acts of war, that prevents normal platform operations.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and rabajie. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions take precedence unless a specific promotional document explicitly states otherwise.
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
18+ Only. Access to rabajie — including account registration, deposits, betting, casino play, and all other platform features — is strictly limited to adults aged 18 years and above. Attempting to register or use the platform while under the age of 18 is a serious breach of these Terms and may have legal consequences.
2.1 Age Verification
By creating an account on rabajie, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. rabajie reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage — including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time deemed appropriate. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi government authority.
If age verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction, your account will be suspended pending resolution. Any winnings accrued during a period in which age verification was outstanding may be withheld until the matter is resolved. If a player is confirmed to be under 18, all funds deposited will be returned and all winnings will be forfeited.
2.2 Jurisdiction & Geographic Eligibility
The rabajie platform is designed and operated with Bangladesh players in mind. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with the laws of your own jurisdiction. rabajie does not represent or warrant that its products are legal in every jurisdiction. Players accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk.
2.3 Other Eligibility Conditions
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person — all accounts must be operated solely by the registered account holder.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or family member of a household employee of rabajie or any of its technology, payment, or game-provider partners, where such a connection creates a conflict of interest in relation to platform use.
- You must not have previously been excluded from the rabajie platform under a self-exclusion arrangement or an operator-initiated exclusion that remains in force.
- You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, or trusts may not hold a player account.
Section 3
Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration Process
To access the full range of rabajie products — including sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and crash titles — you must create a registered account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information at the point of registration is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.
Each individual may register only one account. rabajie operates automated duplicate-detection systems that flag accounts sharing the same name, date of birth, mobile number, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment instrument. Where a duplicate is confirmed, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances reviewed in line with the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 7.
3.2 Account Credentials & Password Security
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your rabajie account. You must select a strong, unique password and must not share your credentials with any other person. rabajie will never ask for your password by email, live chat message, social media message, or telephone call. If you receive any communication purporting to be from rabajie that asks for your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
If you believe your account has been compromised — including if you suspect unauthorised access or if your linked bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account has been accessed without your permission — you must contact the 24/7 live chat support team without delay. rabajie will take reasonable steps to secure the account, but cannot accept liability for losses arising from a security breach you failed to report promptly.
3.3 Account Information Updates
You must keep your account information up to date at all times. Changes to your mobile number, email address, or primary payment method must be reported to the support team via live chat and may require re-verification. rabajie is not liable for failed deposits, failed withdrawals, or missed communications arising from outdated account information.
3.4 Two-Factor Authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS is available for all rabajie accounts registered in Bangladesh. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA to protect your account, particularly given that your BDT wallet balance may be linked to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank accounts. 2FA can be activated from the Account Security section immediately after login.
Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
rabajie accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladesh payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion is applied and no foreign currency accounts are available to Bangladesh-registered players.
4.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by rabajie at the platform level, although individual payment providers — including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — may apply their own daily transaction limits in accordance with Bangladesh Bank regulations. Players are responsible for understanding the limits applicable to their chosen payment method.
4.3 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your rabajie account in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, or BRAC Bank may take up to two business hours to reflect in your account balance. If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, contact the 24/7 live chat support team with your transaction reference number.
4.4 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the verification status of your account. rabajie targets a withdrawal processing time of 5 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) under standard conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees — delays may occur during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
rabajie reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and applies equally to all players regardless of the withdrawal amount.
4.5 No Third-Party Payments
You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of the deposit, suspension of your account, and potential forfeiture of any winnings generated using those funds. This policy protects the integrity of the platform and complies with financial crime prevention obligations.
Section 5
Betting Rules & Settlement
5.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets placed on the rabajie sportsbook are subject to acceptance by rabajie. We reserve the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, including bets placed on events where there is evidence of price errors, data feed errors, or market manipulation. Bets are only confirmed once a unique bet reference number has been issued by the platform and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your Real Money Balance or Bonus Fund balance.
5.2 Odds Changes
In-play and pre-match odds are subject to continuous change. The odds displayed at the time a bet is submitted may differ from the odds at the time the bet is accepted. By default, rabajie operates an "accept any odds change" setting — meaning your bet will be accepted at the odds prevailing at the time of confirmation, which may be higher or lower than the odds initially displayed. You may adjust this preference in your account settings.
5.3 Event Cancellation & Abandonment
If a sporting event — including a BPL cricket match, T20 World Cup fixture, or football league game — is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum qualifying time for settlement has elapsed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your account balance. For cricket matches, the minimum qualifying time is defined in the specific cricket betting rules published in the sportsbook help section.
5.4 Settlement Errors
In the event of a settlement error — whether caused by a data feed error, a human error in manual settlement, or a technical fault — rabajie reserves the right to correct the error at any time after it is identified, including after the funds have been credited to a player's account. Corrections may result in the reversal of winnings, the adjustment of balances, or the voiding of affected bets. Players who have already withdrawn incorrectly credited amounts may be required to return those funds.
5.5 Maximum Winnings
Maximum single-event and daily winnings caps apply to sports betting and casino products on the rabajie platform. These limits are published in the relevant product rules sections. Bets that would generate winnings in excess of the applicable cap will be settled at the cap amount; the excess above the cap will not be paid. These limits exist to protect the financial stability of the platform and are applied fairly and uniformly across all accounts.
Section 6
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonus offers are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible game restrictions, and expiry dates. Always read the individual promotion terms before opting in. These general provisions apply to all rabajie bonuses unless a specific offer states otherwise.
6.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus Funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times — the Wagering Requirement — before they become eligible for withdrawal as Real Money Balance. For example, a Bonus Fund of ৳1,000 subject to a 10x wagering requirement must generate ৳10,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered.
6.2 Bonus Expiry
All Bonus Funds are subject to an expiry date. If the Wagering Requirement has not been completed by the expiry date, the remaining Bonus Fund balance — and any winnings generated from it that have not yet cleared the Wagering Requirement — will be forfeited automatically. Expiry dates are displayed in the Bonuses section of your account dashboard.
6.3 Eligible Wagers
Not all bets count toward Wagering Requirements equally. Sports bets placed at odds below a minimum threshold (as specified in the individual promotion terms) may not contribute at all. Casino games vary in their contribution rate — slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games such as baccarat and blackjack may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Crash games and fishing titles have their own contribution rates stated in the applicable bonus terms.
6.4 Bonus Abuse
Attempting to exploit bonus offers through low-risk hedging, systematic arbitrage, or coordinated play with other accounts is considered bonus abuse and is a breach of these Terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, rabajie reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and suspend the account. Players who have engaged in bonus abuse across multiple accounts may have all associated accounts permanently closed and forfeited balances reviewed.
6.5 Seasonal Promotions
rabajie publishes seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladesh's sporting and cultural calendar — including BPL and IPL cricket promotions, T20 World Cup bonus offers, Eid special promotions, Pohela Boishakh cashback events, and Victory Day free bet campaigns. These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms in addition to the general bonus provisions above. Eligibility for seasonal promotions may require account verification to have been completed in advance.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rabajie platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
- Match Fixing & Inside Information: Placing bets using non-public insider knowledge about the outcome of a sporting event, or participating in any arrangement to fix or manipulate the outcome of an event on which bets are offered.
- Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one rabajie account, regardless of the name, email address, device, or payment method used for the additional account.
- Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, access account information, or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard browser users.
- Chargebacks & Payment Disputes: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute with bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank after a deposit has been credited and used for betting. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account suspension and recovery proceedings for the disputed amount.
- Money Laundering: Using the rabajie platform to deposit, layer, or integrate funds derived from unlawful activities. rabajie cooperates fully with lawful requests from Bangladeshi authorities in relation to suspicious financial activity.
- Identity Fraud: Registering using a false identity, using another person's identity documents for verification, or accessing an account belonging to another player.
- Technical Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform to generate winnings that would not arise under normal operating conditions. Any winnings generated through a confirmed technical exploit will be voided.
- Abusive Conduct: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language toward rabajie support staff or other platform users through any channel.
rabajie employs real-time fraud detection and manual review processes. All accounts and betting patterns are subject to ongoing monitoring. Players who believe they have been incorrectly flagged for any of the above should contact the 24/7 live chat support team to initiate a review.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Voluntary Account Closure
You may close your rabajie account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Before your account is closed, any Real Money Balance remaining will be returned to your primary verified payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account). Any Bonus Funds remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited. Accounts closed voluntarily under standard circumstances may be reopened upon request, subject to identity re-verification.
8.2 Self-Exclusion
If you wish to stop using rabajie for responsible gaming reasons, you may request a self-exclusion via the 24/7 live chat support team. A minimum self-exclusion period of six months applies. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended, all marketing communications will cease, and you will not be permitted to create a new account. 8.3 Operator-Initiated Suspension
rabajie reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false registration information, or where account closure is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, rabajie may freeze account balances pending investigation without prior notice.
8.4 Effect of Closure on Balances
Upon account closure — whether voluntary or operator-initiated — the following rules apply: (a) Real Money Balances are returned to the verified payment method on record, provided the closure is not the result of a proven breach of these Terms; (b) Bonus Funds are forfeited in all cases; (c) Where closure follows a confirmed breach of these Terms (including fraud, multiple accounts, or bonus abuse), rabajie reserves the right to withhold the Real Money Balance pending investigation and, where losses to the platform are confirmed, to offset those losses against the balance before any remainder is returned.
8.5 Amendments to These Terms
rabajie reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — for example, a change to withdrawal processing rules or Wagering Requirement caps — registered players will be notified by email or by an in-platform notice at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a material amendment, you may close your account as described in Section 8.1 before the change takes effect.
